Specialist brief going well.

Art foundation students are doing well during week 2 of their specialist brief. We have some photography combined with stitch techniques.

Some exciting 3d mixed media and fine art installation.

Peer reviews have produced some interesting ideas for next weeks final development stage and final pieces.

Self initiated project.

After a great Christmas break, it's inspirational to see the range of ideas and work emerging for Foundation students first taste of independence....the self initiated brief.

Alex choose structure as his theme and has chosen to look at linear structures using line, stitch and 3d design.....

Whilst Aimee is using scanography and multi media photography to experiment and develop.....

And Joe develops the idea of underwater life to look at pattern and installation art.

Students are settling well into their new workspaces and producing a wide variety of fantastic work.
